Python API doesn't have a method to extract parameters from cluster_status

Description

the python api doesn’t have a way to extract info from `h2o.cluster_status()` like the R api does. For example if you wanted the pid from the cluster status in R you can do `h2o.clusterStatus()$pid` - you can’t do this in h2p python because python's `h2o.cluster_status()` is just a print statement not a table.

To solve this issue we should add a true/false flag within the `h2o.cluster_status(flag = False)` which is False by default to be backwards compatible, but when set to True returns a dictionary with the cluster_status fields and values.
