Replace documentation references to "H2O Cloud" with "H2O Cluster"

Description

People are often confused that H2O is run in the "cloud" and hence their data is not secure. This is caused my many references to the word "cloud" in our documentation. I think we could improve clarity around this by using "H2O Cluster" in place of "H2O Cloud". I thought we had changed this wording a long time ago, but it looks like there are still references using the old wording.

Example: https://github.com/h2oai/h2o-3/blob/0d0bb7a59c600fe70c8acc88a36e37d5c53b91ac/h2o-r/h2o-package/R/import.R#L11

Let's do a bulk find/replace on this.
