Add Python examples to CoxPH options

Description

When CoxPH was introduced, it was initially available in R only. It's supported in Python now, so the Parameters Appendix sections need to include Python examples:

1 2 3 4 5 from h2o.estimators.coxph import H2OCoxProportionalHazardsEstimator heart = h2o.import_file("http://s3.amazonaws.com/h2o-public-test-data/smalldata/coxph_test/heart.csv") coxph = H2OCoxProportionalHazardsEstimator(start_column="start", stop_column="stop", ties="breslow") coxph.train(x="age", y="event", training_frame=heart) coxph

Note that this should be included in the next rel-yau release.
