Add support for direct construction of H2OFrame from Datatable object in Python

Description

Currently to construct an H2OFrame from any Datatable object you need to call some to_xxxx() method of the Datatable object such as: to_numpy(), to_pandas() etc. It would be more UX friendly to just be able to directly pass the Datatable object to the H2OFrame constructor. I also imagine this would be much more memory efficient.
